Dr. Roselle has been an active educator for over 20 years. His philosophy is to solve community based problems with community based solutions. Dr. Roselle consistently applies his experience, the knowledge acquired from his three advanced degrees in education to bring people together. Dr. Roselle is very active in the community serving as a leader in the following organizations: the City of Phoenix’s Youth and Education Commission, the Laveen Lions, PBISAz, the Laveen Community Action Committee, and the South Mountain Chamber of Commerce.
Oscar Rodriguez
Vice President
SVP Operations-West - Denali
Oscar Rodriguez, SVP of Operations-West at Denali, has over 14 years of experience in the organics waste industry. Known for his dynamic and solutions-oriented leadership, he oversees Denali’s three Phoenix-area facilities, which encompass approximately 80 professionals. These sites divert various types of organic waste away from landfills and into their highest-and-best-use. Each site handles different streams of organic waste, which are eventually reprocessed and recycled into compost, animal feed, and/or biodiesel.

Executive Director - Lets Go Compost
Lauren is the founder of Let's Go Compost, a 501(c)(3) non-profit with a mission to make composting free and accessible throughout the United States. Through our programs, we are able to provide workforce development to grow the composting industry, encourage and aid the development of decentralized composting infrastructure, and provide public education to proactively reduce compost contamination and increase demand for infrastructure. Let's Go Compost's programs are community-led with a focus on supporting school gardens and community gardens, all working to ensure composting and free food waste drop off sites reach all, irrespective of location or income.
Let's Go Compost won Non-Profit of the Year 2024 by Circular Arizona. Lauren also won the inaugural Stanley 1913 Creators Fund and was selected to join the 2024-2025 cohort of beVisioneers: The Mercedes-Benz Fellowship.
Shota Austin

Director of Compost Operations, Sales and Marketing - Tank's Green Stuff
Shota has worked in the agricultural industry since 2005 working with livestock (goats, sheep, cattle, chickens), cotton, alfalfa, nursery crops, orchards, and vegetable production. As a former U of A Compost Cat Shota has been working with compost since 2013, and now works for Tanks Green Stuff. As the Director of Tanks Green Stuff, Shota oversees all aspects of the business including production, quality control, product development, sales, marketing, social media, and customer service.
